My Ads Aren't Working!

Some players are finding that they are experiencing issues with the in-game ads. These issues include: 

  1. Ads are not loading or freezing 
  2. Ads are crashing the game 
  3. Receiving a "Fresh out of Ads" error message 

We typically see these issues pop-up on older devices (more than 3 years old), or the device has run low on RAM; we recommend our players always have at least 1GB of RAM available to ensure the game runs smoothly. Here are few tips and tricks to keep in mind: 

  1. Make sure you have a stable/strong connection to the Internet (WIFI is recommended)
  2. Make sure your game is up to date
  3. Check for OS updates
  4. Ensure you don't have too many apps running in the background
  5. Check to see if there are any privacy settings/settings on your device that restrict you from viewing ads
  6. Check that your Internet provider/region does not restrict ads, or your modem/provider doesn't throttle ads or ad content

If you continue to experience the same issue after completing those steps, please contact our support team and provide the following information so we can investigate further: 

  • Your device make and model 
  • Your OS version you have installed 
  • The game version you have installed 
  • When did you first start noticing the issue? 
  • Does the issue only happen during specific ads or even only on certain planets/ Events? 
  • Your PlayFab ID (tap Career > Connect > Scroll to the bottom)
