Some players experience an issue with their Mission Control timers, where their "Time to Launch" numbers greatly surpass the original 200 Hour count down. This is generally caused by the local time/date changing on your device; whether intentional or by accident.
If you are playing on an Android Device and you experience this, here is what we can try:
1. Write us at "firstname.lastname@example.org" with your current Angel Investor totals on all planets/Moon. If you have Gold purchase history, please also include your Google Play receipts, or screenshots of your Google Play purchase history related to AdCap
2. Reinstall the app on your phone; this will completely wipe your progress
3. Once completed, send us a screenshot of your Mission Control timer showing the original 200 Hour countdown
At that point, we can send you support codes to restore your Angel Investors/Purchases and unlock your Mission Control fully.
iOS/Apple players; we can restore some aspects of your progress, including Earth Angels, Gold, Suits, and Megabucks. Please complete the steps above, and contact with the requested information, including your Playfab ID (found in the Career>Connect Menu).
